About the talk
We will touch upon one of the most unclear tasks from testing point of view - refactoring tickets. In general, they come to QA as tickets with a confusing summary, a complex description, and a QA note in developer language. You may find it disappointing when you realize that you can only understand the prepositions and articles in a ticket.
For the past one year I’ve been working in a team that provides only refactoring tickets. After a year of intensive practice, I would like to share a list of steps that could help QA to test them efficiently and maintain their peace of mind.

Polina Sergeeva is a QA Engineer with 10 years of experience in the industry. Polina has had different roles in various teams and has done different types of tasks, but the most horrifying tickets for her were and still are refactoring tickets.
