Cambridge native Malaika has been teaching Vinyasa, Restorative, and Chair yoga in and around Boston/Cambridge & Somerville since 2015. 500hr Trauma Informed certified yoga instructor Malaika offers a Flow yoga style supporting alignment, balance & strength.

Her goal is to offer her students an accessible yoga practice with variations that support and honor where they are both mentally and physically each time they arrive on their yoga mat. Malaika strives to support her students' mental and physical health & healing through the practice of yoga, pranayama (breath work), meditation and sound healing.

A. Dress comfortably for movement, bring your yoga mat & water.

Q. What's included with my ticket registration.

A. 75min yoga and sound bath, gift bag and access to private club space during the event.

Q. Are drop ins welcome? What time should I arrive?

A. No Drop ins allowed. This event requires membership pre-registration and is 21+ ID required.

Arrive no earlier than 6:45 PM class starts promptly at 7:00 PM. Doors will lock at 7:15 PM.
