Our annual flagship event returns! DVSS hosts our lavish Spring Afternoon Tea at Alamo Placita Park for our members and guests. The Tea will be held at the park's picnic area on the north east side of the park.
While we will be on-site at noon for setting up, tea will be served at 3:00 pm.
Cost to attend is $10 per person; Paid DVSS members receive a discount.
Our Teas are pot-luck affairs, so consider what you'd like to bring; see the discussion section for suggestions. We will of course provide tea and other beverages.
As always, neo-Victorian attire is admired but never required. Alamo Placita Park has beautiful gardens, which will be a great backdrop for photos. This Tea is a great opportunity to record your sartorial achievements.
Our events run on the Steam of our attendees. Please consider assisting with setting up, maintaining beverages and food tables, and tearing down. We appreciate our volunteers and it takes about 8 people full time to run the Tea. Any admission costs will be covered for volunteers.
