Join our hands-on cheese-making class during the #Dvinefestival and learn how to make Mozzarella in just 30 minutes! Stretch and knead the curd just like the old cheesemakers. After you’ve made your mozzarella, you’ll be able to watch a Yoghurt and Labna making demonstration. Finish the experience off with a delicious grazing platter and tastings of some local wines while taking in the views of the Hunter Valley vineyards.
