Meet in the Agate Beach, Parking Lot for Duxbury Reef.

Go to the intersection of Elm Rd. & Ocean Parkway, Bolinas, Calif. Parking for Agate Beach is at the end of Elm Rd. Restrooms there.

Guided tide-pooling at Duxbury Reef Marine Reserve just north of the town of Bolinas. Access to the reef is by way of Agate Beach.

Learn to find and identify; Algae, Anemones, Chitons, Dogwinkles, Limpets, various types of Seaweed, Periwinkles, Urchins, Snails and Nudibranchs. While experiencing the spiritual nature of this phenomenal location.
We'll also take a facinating walking tour of the back beach area and Agate Beach to the north. A not to miss walk including "Jack's Path", where famous author Jack Kerouac once strode.
Agate Beach has a special healing sea aura.
