Dutty Mas A Day Of Dance, The Carnival Experience

Going to carnival but don’t feel confident enough to really dance in the crowd? Jiggle N Flex Presents: Dutty Mas & we are here to change that 🔥

This is more than a dance class—it’s a high-energy carnival experience designed to help you feel confident, expressive and fully comfortable in the way your body moves. Across the day, you’ll explore soca, dancehall, waist work, floorwork and commercial heels, guided by three empowering instructors who each bring their own style and energy.

We’ll start with Jelly getting the room warmed up, helping you release your waist, catch the rhythm and step into carnival confidence. Pole Diva will then take you through a fierce floorwork section, followed by Jade bringing attitude and power through commercial heels. Heels are not about being perfect—they’re about owning your movement and feeling good while doing it.

No previous dance experience is needed. The workshop is beginner-friendly and created for anyone who wants to:
