DUTCH FLORAL STILL LIFE | LEARNING FROM THE MASTERS |with Eileen MacArthur
Saturday, November 30, 2024 | 12 pm - 5pm
Join artist Eileen MacArthur for an introduction to painting a botanical still life using acrylics. Looking at the works of Dutch masters for inspiration, students will learn about paint handling, value, composition, colour mixing, and creating shape and drama.
Eileen will also discuss glazing and how to unify paintings and create strong focal points. Students will go home with an 8×10 painting detail of a Dutch Still Life botanical. Everyone welcome! No experience required.
