Alabama-born, Tennessee-based Dusty Slay is propelling the south’s burgeoning comedy scene forward. A Variety Top 10 Comics to Watch and Nashville Scene’s Best Comedian, his stand-up is clever and observational, landing him on late night TV and his half-hour Netflix stand-up debut in 2021’s Season 3 of The Standups all leading to his first full-hour comedy special for Netflix: Workin’ Man, premiering Tuesday, January 16, 2024. His 35-show “The Night Shift Tour” in support of the new special kicked off Jan. 4.
