Emotion and music always went hand-in-hand for DUSTY. Born in Broward County, Florida, he moved around a lot before his family eventually settled in Dallas, TX. At 13-years-old, he often played Rock Band for hours on end with his brother. However, he yearned for the real thing. “I knew I needed music in my life, so I begged my mom and she got me a little used Fender,” he recalls. “I’ve been playing guitar cc then.” Emerging in 2017, he gained traction via the likes of “BURN” with Ronen, “LEAVE,” “GHOST RIDER,” and “INSECTS,” paving the way for his 2019 project siix. Eventually, he got the attention of Marshmello who DM’ed him and signed him to his new label. 2022’s UNDERGROWTH and 2023's NOISE TV caught fire powered by “INBETWEEN,” “PREACHED” [with Marshmello], and “SQUASHED".
