S'Mores Imperial Stout - 10.5%: What it says on the tin! Toasted Marshmallow, Granola, Cacao added to our already chocolate-y Imperial Stout.
Crimes Goose Imperial Stout - 10.5%: A classic Purpose beer with Amburana, Tonka, and Pandan. Criminally good.
Cherry Cordial Quad - 9.2%: A Quad with Cacao and Balaton Cherries soaked in Brandy.
Sour Red Wine Quad - 9.2% Barrel-Aged Quad in Alsatian Pinot Noir barrel from the Alsace region of France. A gifted barrel from Hop France - Comptoir Agricole.
Rum Cake Barleywine - 10.9%: Rum soaked Amburana, Almond, Vanilla, Walnut.
Cinnamon Roll Barleywine - 10.9%: Cinnamon, Amburana, Dairy-free cream.
Candy Pumpkin Porter - 5.8%: Pumpkin, Mace, Nutmeg, Ginger, Clove, Cinnamon, and Candy Cap Mushrooms in a Robust Porter.
Povitica - 5.4%: A Dark Czech Lager with fresh roasted Walnuts, Hazelnuts, and Candied Pecans.

Nacht - 6.6%: A Dark Ale with Amburana, Grains of Paradise, and Vanilla.

RIVER NORTH:
ON TAP - Adrift on the Baltic: 9.9% ABV, Deep Cola colored with fruity flowery notes from the lager yeast. Nice rich maltiness with mild roast and smoke, yet still thin bodied and very drinkable.
BOTTLE POUR - Barrel Aged Nightmare Fuel: 14.8% ABV Tons of rich coffee character, whiskey barrel character pokes through the darkness barely with nice little oaky tones, this beer is all about the Logan House Coffee though.
BOTTLE POUR - Barrel Aged Shadowman: A colossal 17.4% ABV barrel-aged imperial stout, matured in Colorado whiskey and single malt barrels. Its rich, complex profile and silky smooth finish make it the ultimate stout experience.

4 NOSES:
The Pooka - BA Imperial Stout - 15.2% - Bold and balanced imperial stout aged in whiskey barrels, with nuanced notes of whiskey complementing the roasty, chocolate flavors of the beer.
Orange Inferno- BA Barleywine - 19.9% - Inspired by the Old Fashioned cocktail with malty sweetness oak notes, orange peel and demerara sugar.
