🕘 Meet: 9:00 AM (or earlier if you wish!)
🎤 Opening Ceremonies: 9:30 AM
🏃‍♀️ Run/Walk Start: 10:00 AM
📍 Location: Lakeview Park
🚩 Meeting Spot: Look for 1–2 flags with Fundamentals Physio on them (likely behind or to the side of the stage)
👟 Distance Options: Walk or run 1KM or 5KM
🎨 Theme: Be creative & come dressed in BLACK & PINK! Add a pink tutu for extra fun (especially for the kiddos!)
🥤 After: Snacks & drinks provided post-run!
