About this Event
The Durham Region International Film Festival (DRIFF) is thrilled to announce its return for its 8th annual fall festival from October 24 to 26. Taking place across three incredible local venues in the Durham Region — Centennial Building in Whitby (Day 1), St Francis Centre in Ajax (Day 2), and Biltmore Theatre in Oshawa (Day 3) — DRIFF promises to captivate audiences with a diverse selection of films from both local talents and international filmmakers.
In addition to a variety of extraordinary films, guests of the festival can look forward to a lineup of unique festival experiences, including a local food showcase, highlighting tastes of the community’s amazing culinary talent along with red carpet photo opportunities. Educational interactive workshops will allowguests to experience the fascinating world of film production, immersive media and learn from panels featuring experts straight from the film industry.
