Duo Lyra acts are always a crowd pleaser. Why have only one lovely dancer flying, rolling, and spinning through the air when you could have two? in this workshop we will explore the dynamics of duo aerial hoop acts. Learn NEW entries, transitions, & spectacular doubles moves. We will delve into duo techniques, safety tips, characterization, rhythm, & communication.This is a two hour workshop wherein we will warm up with partner stretches, assist each other in conditioning exercises, and learn a partner lyra flow that can be suited to beginner, intermediate, and advanced students.
You do not need to come with a partner. You will be paired with someone and we will work in groups.
