• Drink must be redeemed on day of the event
• If your party books separately, or less than 6 tickets, you will be paired with other adventurers.
• Beginner and intermediate ticket holders will not be paired in the same group. If you would like to play with friends, please ensure you purchase the same ticket type.
• Everyone must present a pre-booked ticket on the day, failure to arrive on time may result in an impacted experience or cancelled session.
• Bookings can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the start of the event and can only be rescheduled once.
• No outside food or drinks.
• Refunds are only allowed if subject to exceptional circumstances, determined at the discretion of management.
• Fortress Melbourne is a licensed venue and as such ID is required and checked on entrance
• Unaccompanied minors are not permitted in the venue at any time. Please make sure any guests under 18 are accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
• Minors are not allowed in the venue past 8:00pm
