This is a magical space where we light the candles, slow down and chant and sing medicine and heart songs. Like a Kirtan but the majority of the songs are in English and we're aiming to create a blissful space for releasing stuck tension, singing our hearts out and leaving connected and filled.This is an experience unlike other voice activation or ceremony you may have attended. Through using our own voices and the collective power of sounding in a group, we can clear through energetic and emotional blocks in our own systems and release anything not serving us. The aim is to sing and chant ourselves into a dream-like state where everything feels magical and connected.
You do not need to know how to sing. This session is about using your voice to drop into your body in a more blissful and expansive way, opening ourselves up to powerful and transformational vibrational shifts.
We will sit together, in ceremonial space, using the chants and songs as a way to activate;
*a meditative state
*free vocal expression
*intention and prayer
*reconnection to self and others
*emotional release
*fun and fullness

Your guide
I am an intuitive facilitator, musician and guide, focusing on Sound and Ancestral Reconnection work. I have strong connection to sound, spirit and nature energies and through creating ceremony, I weave these elements into all my work.
I have a background in coaching and hypnotherapy mixed with 15 years of formal music education, resulting in a particular interest in song, vocal empowerment and supporting self expression. I have formal training in family constellation and generational trauma release work and I am a certified trauma-informed practitioner and crisis intervention trained. I have an array of workshop holding experience from over 10 years in the corporate sector leading large groups, and from running my own healing offerings and spaces.
Above all, this work is about healing, empowerment and courageous authenticity.
