Join us for a star-spangled celebration as we kick off Dunedin's Hometown USA Celebration with a spectacular Patriotic Golf Cart Parade!About this Event
Date: Wednesday, July 3rd
Get ready to celebrate Independence Day in style! Our Patriotic Golf Cart Parade is the perfect way to start the festivities with a bang. Whether you're a participant or a spectator, there will be plenty of excitement for everyone!
Golf Cart Decoration: Show your patriotic spirit by decking out your golf cart in red, white, and blue! Prizes will be awarded for the most creatively decorated carts.
Post-Parade Celebration: The fun doesn't stop when the parade ends! Join us across the street at the VFW Post 2550 Dunedin for food, music, and festivities as we continue to celebrate or stay and park at the stadium and enjoy the activities inside!
Time: Staging begins at 5:00 PM, Parade starts at 6:00 PM
Staging Area: Parking lot on Virginia St/Orange Ave
Parade Route: From Mease Manor through downtown.

Free Registration: Registration is free. Please register your cart in advance and print your ticket with the QR code. Affix the ticket to your windshield for entry into the staging area.
Participants without a visible ticket will be redirected offsite to register and confirm their participation.
Event Guidelines:
- NO items are to be thrown from carts
- NO confetti cannons
- As always, please designate a sober driver for your safety and the safety of others.
- At this parade event, please refrain from displaying any political signage or engaging in campaign-related activities. If any such material is observed, you will be kindly asked to remove it.
