WILD FORAGE NEW PLYMOUTH
Join us for an exciting 1.5 hour in-person WILD FORAGE ADVENTURE!
Learn how to bring WILD THINGS into everyday life.
PREPPER KIWI will guide you through the process of finding and identifying plants from her 100 WILD THINGS list. This survival list is specific to New Zealand and includes introduced and native plants.
The forage covers:
- Identification of key medicinal and food herbs from 100 WILD THINGS LIST
- Printed 100 WILD THINGS LIST
- This in-person event is a great opportunity to connect with fellow herb enthusiast and expand your knowledge of natural remedies and plant identification. Don't miss out!
ABOUT THE VENUE:
Upper Leigh Walkway - Meeting point is at the entrance of the track
Walk is beginner level but will still require a good level of fitness
WHAT TO BRING:
Comfortable clothes and sensible shoes. Some of the area is quite damp so Gumboots would be ideal.
