About this Event
Join us for an exciting event hosted by RSA Scotland, in collaboration with Dundee Culture, one of Dundee’s most prominent social media brands. Founded eleven years ago by Andrew Batchelor FRSA, who began this journey at the age of twelve, Dundee Culture has become a cornerstone of the city’s media landscape, dedicated to showcasing the vibrant energy and unique spirit of Dundee to the world.
This event will feature a compelling talk from Andrew that highlights the exciting changes happening in Dundee and will explore the city's future.
Attendees will gain insights into Dundee's transformation, from its burgeoning cultural scene to innovative urban developments that position it as a city of the future.
The event will also include information on the Royal Society for Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA), RSA Fellowship overall and the fellowship experience in Scotland. Andrew will also discuss how being named a Fellow in August 2023 has provided him with new opportunities to further boost Dundee’s profile on a global stage.
Don’t miss this opportunity to engage with fellow enthusiasts of Dundee’s growth and transformation. Be part of the conversation on how we can collectively contribute to the city’s continued success and vibrant future.
Taking part in RSA in-person events
To participate in the event, you will need to register for a ticket so we can make sure we have an up-to-date list of those who plan on attending. If you wish to register another attendee, this must be done separately using a different email address. This is for capacity purposes. We encourage all attendees that are ill or showing symptoms of illness to stay home and to cancel your Eventbrite ticket if you are no longer able to join the event.
At the RSA, we strive to create inclusive and supportive environments for all Fellows. We recognise that individuals may require different forms of support to fully participate in our events and activities. Therefore, we welcome and encourage Fellows to bring the support they feel is necessary, whether it be a carer, an emotional support animal, or any other form of assistance. We ask that you fill out the accessibility requirements box in your Eventbrite booking form in advance of attending one of our events to ensure that the venues can accommodate such requirements. Our aim is to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and valued, and we are committed to accommodating diverse needs to foster an inclusive community.
