Get Your Tickets! 2026 Harvest Dinner is set for October, 5th @6pm
This year's Harvest Dinner date is set and we are thrilled to announce that Chef Franco Console, Executive Chef at Lark's Kitchen, will be creating this year's dinner. The menu will include 4 courses that highlight fresh, organic produce from our garden. Proteins and other ingredients will be sourced locally as much as possible. Each course will include a wine pairing, specially crafted to bring out the best in the food and wine. Menu is below.
2026 DUNBAR HARVEST DINNER MENU
AMUSE:
Caraway & leek whipped goat cheese tartlet, Calabrian hot honey, crumbled prosciutto
SALAD:
Farm harvested field greens, white truffle vinaigrette, rose’ poached beets, shaved shallots, crushed pistachios, heirloom tomato, burrata & pecorino Romano
MAIN:
Cider brined & hearth fired Lan Roc Pork, pickled mustard seed apple compote
SIDES:
Fall squash pomme puree // citrus creamed lacinato kale
DESSERT:
Local orchard apple pie, cardamom ice cream, salted dulce’
