Dumpling Making Class

Taught by native from Beijing China, participants will have  the opportunity to learn about traditional Chinese food culture and cooking techniques.  Best part, we will be eating dumplings that you made!

CLASSES INCLUDE:

• In this 2 hours lesson. we’ll learn, cook and eat dumplings in a fun  and causal environment!  
• Learn how to make traditional Chinese dumplings 3 different ways + our family secret sauce!
• Learn how to make dumpling wrappers from scratch.
• All the equipment and ingredients will be provided. 
• Both meat and vegetarian fillings will be provided .
• No experience is required!
• BYOB (optional).

CLASS INFO:

• 2-12 people per class.

• If participants are under 18 years of age, and without accompanying parents, please notify us ahead of time via email at [email protected]. We will need to send you a form to fill out some basic contact information.
• A 100% refund, less a $10 service fee, will be given if the refund is asked no later than 7 days before the class. No refunds will be issued otherwise, unless the class is canceled by Boston Bonbon. In this event, 100% of the class cost and fees will be refunded.

What is the significance of Dumplings?

In China, at the Chinese New Year or other family occasions, the older generation would get together to make dumplings and the kids would run around and watch how to make dumplings. At dinner time, the whole family would then sit together to eat the dumplings. It is a beautiful way to connect family and friends!
