This is our annual community festival of respectful remembering & reimagining. All are invited, Let us know ASAP if you'd like to volunteer! We begin in the Lake Superior Railroad Museum, moving on to Library Plaza and back to Studio 4 Theatre.
Nite of: Come as you are, dress as a skeleton if you dare! Otherwise - we suggest funeral black. (Please reserve Dias de los Muertos to those of Mexican heritage.)
Bring photocopies and/or small mementos to add our community altars to honor your lost beloved people/pets. We will also have a table designated for photos/writings grieving "Rotten Ideas," or for sharing your family or cultural traditions. ❤ Write out and carry the Rotten Ideas you'd like to see go extinct for burning - like trash.
*Please do not park on W. Michigan St. between the Depot and Library, help us inform others to leave the street as open as possible for our 6:45 lantern procession. The S. 4th Ave. W. Auto Park across S. 5th Ave. W. is free evenings/ weekends.
