Jazz Series/Big Band: Duke Ellington’s Nutcracker Suite is a jazz masterpiece that has too often been forgotten as the genre evolves. This holiday season, the Matthew Chacon Jazz Orchestra (MCJO) is proud to return to the white house bringing Duke's Nutcracker back to the spotlight with their powerful rendition—celebrating Ellington’s legacy and the timeless magic of Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker like never before!
