Instead of rushing through dozens of five-minute conversations, we'll thoughtfully match you into a small group of people who share similar interests, values, personalities, etc. You'll have time to actually get to know one another in a private karaoke room before the night opens up into a larger social experience.

Whether you leave with a date, a new friend, a future karaoke partner, or simply a story you'll laugh about later, our hope is the same:

Duet is designed for single queer women and sapphics ages 35+ who are looking to meet potential romantic partners in a relaxed, low-pressure environment.

You'll receive a matching questionnaire.

Rather than pairing people one-on-one, we thoughtfully create small groups based on shared interests, values, personalities, relationship preferences, and the participants we have.

No algorithm.
No random assignments.

Every group is hand-matched by a human who genuinely wants everyone to have a good experience.

4:45–5:15 PM
Arrive, grab a drink, check in, and meet the other attendees before we head to our private karaoke rooms.

5:15–6:30 PM
You'll spend the first part of the evening with your curated group.

We'll provide conversation starters, playful activities, and plenty of opportunities to sing (or simply cheer everyone else on). No singing talent required.

The goal isn't to perform.

It's to laugh together.

6:45–8:00 PM

By attending a Mixtape Sapphics event, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded by our team, volunteers, and fellow participants for promotional use. Photos and videos may be submitted to us by attendees and may be used for social media, event recaps, and other marketing materials now or in the future.

Your presence at the event implies agreement to the use of your image, voice, and likeness—without compensation—in any media created by or for Mixtape Sapphics. You release Mixtape Sapphics and its partners from any liability related to such usage.
