ONE NIGHT ONLY! Duende are returning to Knox on Saturday, May 24th, doors at 6:30 pm and concert at 7:30 pm.Duende features Juneyt, award winning Canadian flamenco guitarist and singer. Juneyt’s passion and energetic performances have audience enthralled across the globe.
Duende bring the passion and emotion of the Gipsy Kings alive, recreating their repertoire along with hits of The Eagles, Van Morrison, and more, in flamenco-style. The show also features Juneyt's beautiful original nuevo flamenco compositions.
Duende are a six-person collective of the GTA’s top musicians: Juneyt (guitar and vocals), Leo Orlov (guitar and vocals), Adam Kurgatnikov (bass), Aaron Seunarine (percussion), Aaron Spink (drums), and David Skolnick (accordion, guitar, piano, and vocals).
The band’s name in Spanish means “a feeling of profound awe experienced from a work of art or music”, and this band delivers. This is a performance not to be missed!
