Join us at a TBA outdoor patio party venue in Toronto for a Caribana day party filled with sun, energy, and nonstop vibes. It is the perfect setting to lime, wine, and enjoy the day with good music and a crowd that came out for a proper fete.

This event is open to guests 19 and over. Valid ID is required for entry.

BADDIEZ IN THE SUN is for the people who know how to enjoy Caribana weekend properly. If you love Caribbean music, daytime vibes, and a real fete atmosphere, this is your spot to link up, look good, and enjoy the day with a crowd that understands the energy.

Arrive at the venue at 4:00 PM to have your ticket scanned and receive your entry stamp. Please have your QR code ready on your phone or bring a printed ticket for check-in. One stamp will be issued per valid ticket, and you may check in your friends as long as you have their ticket or QR code.

👌 If the event is canceled for any reason, all tickets will be refunded in full! No vouchers, no credits, just your money straight back to the bank!

19+ EVENT
You must be 19+ with valid government-issued ID. No exceptions.

ALL SALES FINAL
No refunds, exchanges, or transfers unless the event is canceled without a rescheduled date. Event details are subject to change without notice.

ENTRY POLICY
Entry is subject to venue capacity and staff discretion.
The venue and event staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for intoxication, inappropriate behaviour, dress code issues, failure to present valid ID, or safety concerns. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

Entry is not guaranteed at any specific time. If capacity is reached, you may be required to wait.

ALCOHOL
Alcohol is served solely by the venue. The organizer is not responsible for alcohol service, overconsumption, or related incidents.

SECURITY
All guests must comply with venue security procedures, including ID checks and bag checks. Your ticket does not bypass security.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You acknowledge that attendance at a nightlife event involves inherent risks. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, disability, theft, property damage or loss, accidents, acts of other guests, negligence of others, and serious bodily harm or death.

RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless the event organizer, venue, promoters, partners, affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, including those arising from personal injury, serious bodily harm, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, before, during, or after the event.

LIABILITY WAIVER
You agree to release and hold harmless the organizer, venue, and all affiliated parties from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
