"The West London Dubfather" Nomadix 'Bongo Asha' has been involved with soundsystem culture since the early 80's with his brother Bassey Asha. Always on the move, forward through creation, lighting the road ahead for over 30 + years, Nomadix positively resonates a distinct blend of spiritual dub with Bongo Asha at the forefront! From back in the day when dubs were made by hand, to tape, when the only thing considered to be digital were the drum machines, you heard his duplate specials on Iration Steppas, Channel One, to King Shiloh and more. Elusive and exclusive, his music comes from the roots which in turn stem from the redemption, and the expression of sufferation, injustice and inequalities that minorities in a white, male dominated society experience day by day. Nothing here is watered down or diluted, Nomadix is pure roots reality.
