Dubkasm to duet przyjaciół z dzieciństwa – Digistep i DJ Stryda – którzy zaczęli wspólnie grać już w połowie lat 90. W 2003 roku powołali do życia własną wytwórnię Sufferah’s Choice, a sześć lat później wydali swój pierwszy album Transform I, na którym usłyszeć można m.in. Dub Judah, Levi Rootsa i Afrikan Simbę. Płyta szybko doczekała się dubowej wersji oraz krążka z remiksami, tworząc kompletne, trójczęściowe wydawnictwo.
W 2013 roku świat usłyszał ich hymn „Victory!” – numer, który do dziś uchodzi za jeden z największych klasyków współczesnej sceny sound systemowej. Remiksował go sam Mala, grany jest przez Outlook Orchestra i do teraz nie schodzi z selekcji największych sound systemów na świecie, zawsze wywołując ten sam uśmiech i poruszenie wśród publiczności.
Kolejne lata to mnóstwo wydawnictw w renomowanych labelach, takich jak Peng Sound czy ZamZam, a także autorskie produkcje dla Sufferah’s Choice. Najświeższym owocem ich pracy jest album Rastrumentals – siedem lat twórczości rozpiętej między Brazylią a Brixton. Dubkasm nieustannie niesie pozytywne przesłanie przez roots i dub reggae, a ich energetyczne występy na żywo rozpalają sceny całego świata.
Ich znak rozpoznawczy to wyjątkowe połączenie żywych instrumentów z analogowym, surowym dubowym brzmieniem – mieszanka, która zawsze niesie ze sobą głęboki, rastafariański vibe.

Pochodzący z małego miasteczka Zwoleń ale stacjonujący we Wrocławiu selektor. KoniK - bo tak zwie się założyciel - swoją Dubową przygodę rozpoczął ok 2015r. gdy pierwszy raz poczuł dźwięki generowane przez SoundSystem, od razu zakochał się w tym i zrozumiał, że to jego przeznaczenie.
W 2018 roku zajawił się czarnym woskiem, który po dziś dzień małymi krokami powiększa jego selekcje, w której znajdziemy świeże produkcje Dub oraz Steppa, natomiast coraz częściej pojawiają się klasyczne, Rootsowe pozycje. Jako pierwszy w Polsce, przez 2 lata prowadził regularny cykl transmisji internetowych "Dub Session in the House" zapraszajac innych selektorów, by każdy w swoim domu mógł wspólnie razem z nimi bawić się, chillować i tańczyć przy dźwiękach Roots/Reggae/Dub/Steppa/Jungle.
Grywał na festiwalach/sesjach takich jak - Stacja Wolimierz "Dubova Bička", Ostróda Reggae Festiwal, RedStone Dub Ghatering, O.B.F Poland Tour 2024- Wrocław oraz na innych klubowych wydarzeniach. Wraz z byłą ekipą DubHouse prowadził cykl spotkań "Jungielka" w kooperacji z "Kasza i Pasza". Nastepnie współorganizował imprezy Dub/Steppers/Jungle/DnB na których dzielił scenę z: Roots Revival SoundSystem, Radikal Guru, VonD, Mr.Cheeba oraz wieloma innymi selektorkami i selektorkami.
Od 2024 małymi krokami buduje swój własny SoundSystem, który rok później został odpalony po raz pierwszy w zestawie 2 scoopowym. Sound na chwilę obecną generuje 7kW. Nie jest to jeszcze finalna wersja a tylko jego połowa, natomiast od czegoś trzeba zacząć 😊✌️

Dubkasm are comprised of childhood friends Digistep and DJ Stryda, who kicked off their dub project in the mid-'90s before going on to launch their Sufferah's Choice label in 2003 in order to showcase their studio productions. Their 2009 debut album 'Transform I' was a culmination of their work so far, collecting tracks from their previous 12-inches and including vocal turns from Dub Judah, Levi Roots and Afrikan Simba. A dub version of the entire record along with a remix CD completed the Transform I Trilogy in 2010.
2013 saw the release of their iconic tune “Victory!” - which remains to this day one of the biggest anthems in modern sound system music. Having received the official remix treatment
from none other than Mala, and having made it into the repertoire of the likes of the Outlook Orchestra, Victory! is one of those rare tunes which still receives heavy rotation from many of the international sound system scene’s leading protagonists, but never loses its freshness or ability to make you smile.
Fast forward through 2018 and a score of releases on esteemed labels such as Peng Sound, ZamZam, and their own imprint Sufferah’s Choice - including their latest full-length album
“Rastrumentals”, which is the culmination of 7 years of studio work between Brazil & Brixton - Dubkasm continue to push out a positive message through quality roots & dub reggae
productions and regular live shows across the globe.
Dubkasm’s blend of live instrumentation and lo-tech dubwise textures results in a unique sonic amalgamation, underpinned by a strong Rasta roots vibe.

Coming from the small town of Zwoleń but now based in Wrocław, KoniK has been steadily making his mark on the Dub scene. His journey began in 2015, when he first experienced the raw power of a Sound System — a moment that instantly captured his heart and set his path.
Since 2018, his passion for vinyl has shaped a growing selection that blends fresh Dub and Steppa productions with timeless Roots classics. Always pushing forward, KoniK was the first in Poland to host a regular online broadcast, “Dub Session in the House”, where for two years he brought selectors together to share the vibes of Roots, Reggae, Dub, Steppa, and Jungle with listeners at home.
He has performed at major festivals and sessions including Stacja Wolimierz “Dubova Bička”, Ostróda Reggae Festival, RedStone Dub Gathering, O.B.F Poland Tour 2024 – Wrocław, as well as numerous club events. With the DubHouse crew, he co-created the “Jungielka” series in collaboration with Kasza i Pasza, and later organized his own Dub/Steppers/Jungle/DnB nights, sharing the stage with Roots Revival SoundSystem, Radikal Guru, VonD, Mr. Cheeba, and many more.
Since 2024, he has been building his own Sound System, officially unveiled a year later with a 2-scoop stack delivering 7kW of sound. Still only halfway to the final vision — but it’s just the beginning.
