DFC get together for the solstice on Sandymount Strand, 21/12/22!Going to start a little earlier as it gets dark pretty early now :)
Wrap up warm, bring flasks of tea, hot water bottles, blankets etc. expect it to be very cold!
Bring your own Fuel , props and extinguishes and please leave the beach exactly as we found it - spotless :)
This event is WEATHER DEPENDANT so keep an eye on the event for announcements and possible cancellations :(
Burners, photographers, dancers, musicians and spectators are all more than welcome to come down. Please take note though, this is not a party or a show, just a casual get together.
We'll be on Sandymount strand from about 18:30/19:00. Put "Sandymount Strand Car Park 1" into google maps, or grab the C1, C2, 1, 47, 18 or the DART to Sandymount and look for the monument by the beach. There are some benches that we usually gather at there.
***Bring your own fire props as well as dipping buckets, EXTINGUISHES and FUEL! these will not be provided.***
Normal props and LED props are also more than welcome �
