* Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions
* Your payments made to C’ LaTrice 4 Travel are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because C’ LaTrice 4 Travel has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. ✨Cancel for any reason travel insurance is highly recommended to obtain a refund from your selected travel insurance company.
* Second payment must be made to have your booking deem as "active".
* Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
* Check spam or junk mail for receipt, invoices or trip confirmation.
* Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
* ✨A valid passport is required.
* Monthly payments are not required, but highly recommended to avoid large lump sum payment.
* Roommate Matching is available!
* Once you make your reservations, you can view your invoice and payments. Please check your spam or junk mail if your invoice is not automatically sent.
* Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice.
* Late payment of $100 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
* Cancellation fee is $100 per person based on double occupancy and $200 per person based on single occupancy 90 days before final payment deadline. $200 per person based on double occupancy and $300 per person based on single occupancy 60 days before final payment deadline. $300 per person based on double occupancy and $400 per person based on single occupancy 30 days before final payment. After the final payment deadline full penalty will be imposed, funds will not be refunded or be transferred.
* You are responsible to keep C’ LaTrice 4 Travel informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
* Official Trip itinerary will be released 60 days prior to trip.
