Travel Group Agreement

This agreement is made between The ARK Travel LLC ("Host") and ("Traveler(s)") collectively referred to as the "Parties" for the purpose of outlining the terms and conditions of participation in the travel group.

1. Trip Details

Destination(s): Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Travel Dates: From Monday March 23rd to Saturday March 28th, 2026

Sheraton Grand Hotel, 3 Sheikh Zayed Rd - Trade Centre - Trade Centre - 1 - Dubai - UAE

Scheduled Activities:

2. Booking and Reservations

· Travellers must review and agree to the terms and agreement via the event page on “Eventbrite.”

· A booking is confirmed only after payment has been processed and confirmation has been sent to the customer.

· It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all details in the confirmation are accurate and complete.

3. Group Fee & Payment Terms

· All payments for travel services are due upon booking unless otherwise stated.

· Payments may be subject to additional taxes, service charges, or foreign exchange fees.

Total Cost (USD$):

$1,850.00 per person, based on double occupancy

$2,250 Single occupancy

Payment Due Dates:

Initial deposit: $200 per person is due upon booking (Non-refundable)

Final payment: due by January 1, 2026

Payment schedule will be as follows. You can make a higher or more frequent payments if you wish;

#1. DEPOSIT (due upon registration)- $200 per person

#2. March 15th 2025 - $200 per person

#3. May 15th 2025 - $200 per person

#4. July 15th 2025 - $200 per person

#5. September 15th 2025 - $200 per person

#6. November 15th 2025 - $200 per person

#7. January 1st 2026 - Full balance

• Accepted Payment Methods: Card payments (Debit/Credit) and wire/bank transfer

· Refunds for cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy outlined below

4. Changes, Cancellations & Refund Policy:

· All Deposits are non-refundable.

· Customers may request changes to their booking, subject to availability and additional fees.

· Any modifications to the original booking will be confirmed in writing and re not guaranteed.

· Cancellations must be done by December 1st 2025 for a full refund (excluding deposits).

· Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to (30)

business days.

5. Group Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

Host Responsibilities:

Organize and facilitate group travel, accommodations, and activities.

Ensure clear communication before and during the trip. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings for customers engaging in illegal, disruptive, or unsafe behavior.

Traveler Responsibilities:

Adhere to the group’s itinerary and maintain a positive, cooperative attitude.

Ensure timely payments as per the outlined schedule.

Provide required documentation (e.g., passport, visa, vaccinations) in a timely manner. You must have a passport to travel to another country. International destinations may have additional requirements such as a visa that you must obtain prior to departure. If you are a non­-US citizen, different immigration requirements apply. You are responsible for contacting consulate(s) required. Without proper identification, or passport and necessary visas, you will not be permitted to depart. Call us if you need assistance with passports or visas.

Flight Check In: Minimum check-in for domestic flights is 1 to1 ½ hours. International flights 3 hours or as required by the airline. Due to heightened security measures, it is advised you allow extra time before scheduled departure. Failure to arrive within your airline’s specified time could result in denied boarding.

Customers must behave responsibly and respectfully while using our services and while interacting with our partners.

Be respectful to other participants, the host, and local cultures and laws.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines.

Not engage in illegal activities or disruptive behavior.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the group with no refund.

6. Travel Documentation & Insurance

· It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) before traveling.

· Travel Insurance is NOT included in the package. However, we are happy to assist with finding insurance options for travellers. We strongly recommend that customers purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, lost luggage, medical emergencies, and other potential risks.

7. Liability Waiver

· The ARK Travel LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, illness or damage incurred during the travel or due to the actions of third parties (airlines, hotels, etc.).

· Customers are expected to follow local laws and regulations during their travels.

· We will not be responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations caused by third parties.

By signing this contract, the Traveler agrees to hold The ARK Travel LLC harmless from any claims or liabilities that may arise.

8. Force Majeure

The ARK Travel LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, including web host and internet service provider, breakdown or malfunction of equipment, destruction of or serious damage to facilities, natural catastrophes including, but not limited to extreme weather events, floods and volcanic eruptions, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy, and any other unforeseen circumstance which is beyond the control of The ARK Travel LLC.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, rather than litigation, in Miami, Florida.

10. Amendments

Any changes to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers through email notification and will be effective immediately upon posting.
