FAQ
1.Will I get any companions to travel from my city?
Of course, once you register and pay, you will get added to the group of travelers who are in for this trip. There you can see other people who are travelling from your city.
2. Do we need to carry our bags everywhere?
A. No. You can keep the bags in your room.
3. Can I take my kid along with me on this trip?
A. Yes

4. Do I need to take a VISA before the trip?
A. Yes, and we will assist you to getting one. Documents required for visa are :-
Passport
Passport size photograph
5. Will I get a new local SIM there?
A. Yes, from the Airport itself you will get SIM cards and there are shops outside. All you need is your Passport. They will activate the connection without any delay.
6. How much cash I should carry? And Is that possible to withdraw money from ATMs there?
A. You can convert Indian Rupees to USD and carry with you on this trip. Lunch which is not excluded in this trip is the only thing you need to pay on your own. For that you can carry 10,000INR approximately and the extra are your shopping expenses which you can calculate and carry with you as per your convenience.
7. To where I should book air ticket and by what time should I reach?
A. From south India Kochi is the most convenient airport to book air tickets to Dubai (DXB). Other South Indian airports have higher rates compared to Kochi. If you land in DXB before 01.30PM, there will be an arrangement for airport pick up else you have to manage your own.

9. Can I pay the total amount as instalments?
A. Yes, after an advance payment of 8,500rs you can pay monthly a small amount towards the balance payment as following

5th Dec - 10000rs
Know before you go: -
1. International / Domestic flights are not included in the package.
2. Visa assistance will be provided however charges are included.
3. Please depart on suggested timings to avoid any inconvenience.
4. The vehicle is not at your disposal and will be available only on an itinerary basis.
5. No bill will be reimbursed against any missed service/facility.
6. Make sure your Passport has 6 months validity on your arrival time at Dubai.
7. We have only one pick up and drop off time from the airport. This will be updating after the group is created for the same and requesting to wait for your fellow passengers at airport if there are multiple flight landings.
8. World’s Highest Lounge (152+153+154 floor in Burj Khalifa) is available on additional payment. If anyone interested, we can assist in booking
Cancellation Policy

1. For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, the initial deposit amount or 25% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
2. For cancellations done between 29 days to 20 days prior to the date of departure, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.
3. No refund of money is admissible on cancellations due to any type of contingencies or unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to natural calamities, lockdowns, any covid induced scenarios or otherwise
