Participants will examine a variety of timeline structures—including call-and-response, parallel, converging, alternating, interwoven, and hidden timelines—and summarize how each can enhance tension, theme, and emotional resonance. By the end of the workshop, writers will have a clearer understanding of the power of dual timelines and multiple POVs and how to shape stories that feel seamless and engaging.
