MCC will host a Dual Credit Orientation session for parents and students on August 23, September 6, and September 13 at the Crystal Lake campus. Each session covers the same material and is designed for students and parents enrolling in Dual Credit courses for the first time. Presentations will be available in both English and Spanish to accommodate all attendees.
At the orientation, we will address key questions, including:
• How do my credits transfer?
• Do I have a bill to pay?
• How do I log in to my MCC account?
• How can I access free tutoring and support services?
• Who should I contact for help?
Parents/Guardians
We have a customized parent/guardian presentation to show you how to support your high school student’s success. This is your opportunity to learn about and ask questions regarding student resources, transferring classes, and dual credit billing.
Students
This orientation will help you familiarize yourself with MCC, get swag, explore campus, speak with faculty, log in to your MCC account, and learn about our programs.
