Debbie Ramirez is a leadership mentor and business advisor with Champion Empire, helping business owners and executives grow with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Her professional work includes business coaching, recruiting, and values-based hiring. Debbie also serves as chair of the Associated Builders and Contractors Inland Pacific Chapter Membership Committee, which focuses on recruiting, retaining, mentoring, and supporting members.
