What kind of culture is your leadership creating... even when you’re not in the room?
On Thursday, October 15, the Spokane Alliance and North Idaho Alliance are joining forces at the Catalyst Building for a FREE, guest-led Dual Alliance Workshop featuring Debbie Ramirez of Champion Empire.
CULTURE BY DESIGN
Leadership That Builds Stronger Teams
A strong workplace culture doesn’t happen by accident. It is shaped by the values leaders reinforce, the conversations they choose to have, the people they bring onto the team, and the example they set every day.
Whether you’re a business owner, executive, manager, supervisor, team lead, or someone who influences others without a formal title, this workshop is for you.
Debbie will lead a practical and engaging conversation exploring:
✅ How leaders at every level influence workplace culture
✅ How to connect company values to everyday decisions and behaviors
✅ How communication can strengthen trust and accountability
✅ Ways to improve team alignment and create an environment where people can grow
✅ How intentional leadership can support a stronger, healthier business
