Want to get moving on your lunch break? We at Downtown Phoenix Inc. are hosting a Wellness Fair on Thursday, April 6, at Civic Space Park from 11:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Take 2 FREE workout classes starting with yoga with Amy Charles, coach and studio manager of Orangetheory Fitness, and finish the day with a HIIT workout class provided by F45 Training Downtown Phoenix! Reward yourself with delicious food from Hummus Xpress after your hard work. At the DTPHX Wellness Fair, attendees can browse through local DTPHX vendor booths ranging from eye care to IV therapy.
