• Foundation First: Learn the essential kettlebell safety principles and proper grip techniques that will protect your body and maximize your results.
• Core Movements: We will meticulously break down the most crucial kettlebell exercises, including:
• The explosive Kettlebell Swing, the bedrock of kettlebell training for power and cardio.
• The stabilizing Goblet Squat, for building powerful legs and core strength.
• The total-body Turkish Get-Up progression, for superior shoulder health, mobility, and stability.
• Technique Focus: This isn't a "go hard" class—it's a "get it right" class. You will receive hands-on coaching and cues to ensure perfect form before increasing weight or intensity.
