It's two races in one! Join San Francisco's oldest (and friendliest!) running club for the Lightning Mile (an entirely downhill course) followed by the Spreckels Lake 5K in Golden Gate Park.
All faces and paces are welcome at our low-key, low-cost, and high-fun events. The proverbial gun goes off at 9:00 a.m., but if you plan on running the Lightning Mile, be sure to arrive by 8:40 a.m. so you have enough time to schlep uphill to the starting line.
