Fall is a perfect time to add the Ayurvedic practice of dry brushing to your weekly routine. The practice offers sensory stimulation, exfoliation, improved circulation & lymphatic drainage. If you are interested, come join Esther & learn how to play with this easy technique. Please wear loose pants or shorts & loose sleeves or tank top, so that you have access to your skin. We will set the room at a temperate 74/75.
