Join us for Create More Art Nights: Wellness — an evening dedicated to relaxation, creativity, and connection. Every first Thursday of the month, The Center invites you to explore a variety of mindful practices designed to nurture your well-being and creativity in a welcoming community atmosphere.

• 6:00 PM: Yoga with Penny Itzkovits— Limit 30
• 6:30 PM: Drumming — Thunder Beingz @thunderbeingz
• 7:00 PM: Sound Bath — Limit 30

• Free for Members
• $10 for Future Members

What to Bring:
We encourage guests to bring water bottles, yoga mats, or floor pillows for added comfort during wellness sessions.
