🥁 Discover the healing power of rhythm in this uplifting, stress-busting workshop!
🏔️ Participants report feeling lighter, calmer, and more energized after drumming—relieving stress, tension, and fatigue while sparking a renewed sense of balance and hope. Drumming creates a safe, supportive space to release what weighs you down—without words, without rehashing, and without judgment.
No musical experience needed. Bring a drum if you have one, or we’ll provide. Space is limited, so save your spot early!
