About this Event
A drumming circle invites us to find wholeness in our caregiving and grief journey through a creative, musical experience. Grief, stress, and overwhelm lives in the body, and drumming can release those emotions, offering a healing and uplifting outlet.
Led by special guest Jeni Swerdlow, founder of Drummm Rhythmic Events and certified Village Music Circles Global Trainer, Registered Art Therapist, REMO-Endorsed Drum Circle Facilitator, and trained HealthRHYTHMS and Rhythm2Recovery Facilitator.
Please note: No experience necessary. Drums will be provided. Space is limited. This program is free but advance registration is required. This is an outdoor program so layers you can move in are encouraged. Participants should arrive 10-15 minutes early as drumming will begin promptly at 2:30pm.
