IT'S ON!!! We are holding our first drumming class on April 9th at 5:30 pm!! The class will be 45 min long here at Taste of Cove Food Truck Park under the red pavilion!! Everything for class will be provided all you need is a water bottle and sweat towel!! Come sweat it out!! Spur Nutrition owner Jesse will be giving the class and sharing awesome nutrition and weight-loss information!!
Phoenix Botanicals will also be there to share the out of this world benefits of sea moss!!
The cost of the class is $15 and that includes a 16 oz gourmet lemonade from Rissy's!! This class does have to be prepaid.
