Drumming Circle, Indigenous Cooking Class, and Supper with UCM and Eagle Spirits of the Great Waters! Drumming is led by Philip Cote, an Indigenous Elder from Moose Deer Point First Nation and a Sundancer, Pipe Carrier, and Sweat Ceremony leader.
We will make bannock on the bbq or over a fire in the cooking class at 5:00PM, and then enjoy a light supper "feast" at 6:15PM. The drumming circle will run from 7:00PM to 9:00PM outside in the garden if weather permits (or otherwise indoors).
Suggested donation for the drumming circle is $15 or pay-what-you-can, and $5 for the cooking class and supper. (Total $20 if attending all sessions).
The event will take place on Friday, June 23 at the Unitarian Congregation in Mississauga (84 South Service Rd, Mississauga, ON).
