Drums are powerful tools that become allies for walking any medicine path. When you make sacred tools with your own hands, you open a world within you that sees life, death, rebirth and resources differently. It is a transformative process for the maker...in ways one would never expect or plan for. Birthing sacred tools in challenging seasons of Life tend to give us the space to make ourselves as we make the making.
This workshop will teach you how to tie a 16" hand drum the old fashioned way from natural materials. The frames are steam bent ash by Irish Shaman and drum maker Daihi Dubh of Wild Spirit Drums.
