Get excited! Sammi and Mike are back for another incredible drum making class! You will be making your own 18” drum to use in your own healing, and can use it on others to assist with their healing as well. Drumming is an ancient healing modality with many health benefits. Drumming releases endorphins causing feelings of happiness and euphoria, reduces stress and boosts the immune system, produces deeper self awareness by inducing synchronous brain activity and promoting alpha waves, can break up stuck energy assisting to release what no longer serves, releases trauma, and so much more! Come join us for a night of learning and creating and leave with a healing tool bonded to you! These nights have always been a favorite at Sammi’s Spot. Class will be in the Sammi’s Spot classroom Saturday, November 23 at 4:00pm. Register early as classes fill up quickly!! TUITION NEEDS TO BE PAID NOVEMBER 20 in order to get the hides we need for each student. Total cost for the class, as well as your drum is $333.
