You are invited to an immersive Drum Making Workshop to create your own hand drum in elemental ceremony. More than a crafting workshop, this is an Experience!Key Details:
Duration: 3 hours of combined instruction and ceremony.
Location: Celebration Metaphysical Center, Colorado Springs, CO
Investment: Secure your spot with a minimum $100 non-refundable deposit to order materials.
Drums range from $100, all inclusive for a 12 inch drum and mallet, up to $250 for a 20 inch drum.
The balance will be due prior to the start of the workshop. Cash is preferred, all payments accepted.
Appropriate for most ages and skill levels. All tools and materials are provided.

Craft Your Own Sacred Drum
During this experience, you will have the opportunity to create your own sacred drum in elemental ceremony with detailed instruction and support. All the tools and materials will be provided and no prior experience or special skill is required. This craftwork is beginner to intermediate and appropriate for most ages.
A Ceremony of Creation
This workshop is more than a crafting session, its also a sacred ceremony. We will gather in sacred circle around an elemental altar, inviting divine energies to participate in our process. You are encouraged to bring an item(s) to add to the altar. Totems, crystals, special figures, or jewelry are all welcome additions that you will take with you when our ceremony is concluded.
Patience and Focus
Crafting your own drum is a potentially meditative and transformative experience. You will receive detailed, personalized guidance and support to ensure you feel confident and connected with your creation and process. Patience and focus are key as you progress through each step, allowing the beauty of your drum to emerge organically.
A Drum Journey with Your New Creation
Once everyone has completed their drums, we will take a drum journey together. This journey is a simple yet potentially profound experience with the intention of connecting you with the spirit of your creation. We will then conclude our ceremony by closing our sacred circle.
Nurturing Your Drum
After completing your drum, it is essential to let it hang dry for a minimum of 4 days without being played. This period is crucial to preserve the tone and ensure the longevity of this lifelong investment. Care and maintenance of your drum will be discussed during the workshop.
