Drum Circle Introduction (no experience necessary)Sacred sound healing using African and Latin percussion instruments. Learn basic hand drumming technique and heart based rhythms to accelerate healing, boost your immune system, release stress and feel good. Your facilitator Alex, is an ambassador of rhythm with over 25 years of facilitation and performance experience worldwide. He is an accredited DRUMBEAT(R) facilitator and certified Village Music Circle facilitator using various drums and percussion instruments to promote health and healing in a fun and inclusive environment.
