Join us for a transformative day centered around connection, healing, and creative expression. Our retreat begins with a sacred pipe ceremony, inviting sacred energy and intention to set the tone for the day. Participants will then engage in hands-on workshops to craft their own traditional rattles and drums, each imbued with personal medicine and purpose.
As part of the experience, you will embark on a guided shamanic journey designed to connect you deeply with the spirit of your crafted rattle and drum, uncovering their unique medicine and messages. The day concludes with a nourishing sound bath, allowing for deep integration, rest, and reflection amidst soothing sound vibrations.
Come with an open heart and a curious spirit—to awaken your inner medicine and flow with the sacred winds of transformation.
Schedule will be as follows :
11AM-12PM : Sacred Pipe Ceremony & Shamanic Journey Meditation
12PM-2PM : Rattle Making
2PM - 2:30PM : Lunch
2:30PM-5:00PM : Drum Making
ALL SUPPLIES NEEDED FOR THE EVENT ARE INCLUDED IN THE COST. You are welcome to bring any sacred items you'd like to incorporate into your rattle or drum. There will be a wide variety of supplies to choose from, and additional items can always be purchased in the shop. Ali will reach out to you beforehand to get your personal preference on hides. Lunch is NOT included in the cost of the event, you can bring something to keep in our fridge and warm up during lunch time, or we have many options close by for food.
