Join Sam & Maxine with their fun evening of drumming on Tuesday near the end of the month, bring your drum or borrow one of ours.
Please don't worry if you feel you can't sing - we have found that peoples voices have actually improved as they continue their singing journey with chanting. We sing together and carry each other, creating a beautiful community together. Come and try, don't be shy!
A chant is a short song sung over and over. When we do this we tap into the magic of the song and beat our drums with various beats including our heartbeats. We sing various chants from all over the world from many different ages.
Drumming and Chanting can help shift the energetic pattern of the mind and heart in an extraordinary way, it has the power to interrupt any negativity and invite positive change for our wellbeing. It is a rich, empowering ancient healing medicine.
