The Logansport Memorial Hospital Foundation and Logansport Memorial Hospital will be hosting our fourth annual Drug Take Back Day.Once again we will be partnering with the Cass County Sheriff’s Department and the Logansport Police Department, in addition to the Drug Enforcement Administration to host this year's event.
LMH will be accepting unused or expired prescription medications for Drug Take Back Day. If possible, please bring your medications in the original bottles. All identifying information will be disposed of properly.
Needles and syringes, along with pet medications can also be accepted. If you are bringing needles/syringes, please put them in a separate bag when you drop them off that day.
The following items cannot and will not be accepted:
- Liquid medications
- Inhalers
- Aerosol cans
- Mercury thermometers
- Iodine-containing medications
